  • Delivery Driver

    As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for the delivery of merchandise in a safe, prompt, and professional manner leaving a positive impact, and completely satisfy our customers.

    Responsibilities for this transportation role include:

    • Driving in a safe, courteous and defensive manner
    • Communicating professionally with customers at their site
    • Setting up customer returns accurately
    • Participating in yearly physical inventories

    Job Requirements:

    We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Delivery Driver committed to providing exceptional customer service. You should also be highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate maintain professional and cooperative relationships with both customers and colleagues.

    Additional qualifications for this role include:

    • Clean Driving Record
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Counter Sales

    This position will talk with the customer to identify their needs, have excellent selling skills, and strengthen the overall relationship between Direct Automotive Distributing and the Customer.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Take customer orders over the phone
    • Look up auto parts in multiple catalog systems
    • Process customer orders with high degree of accuracy
    • Troubleshoot and make recommendations to meet customer needs
    • Maintain strong product knowledge of auto parts, warranties, promotions, and sales programs

    A qualified candidate will have previous automotive parts counter experience in either a retail store or other setting where finding the right part was an essential function of the job.

    Additional Requirements:

    The Counter Sales position requires a proven team player with a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3 Years experience with Automotive Parts
    • 1-2 years previous sales and customer service experience
    • Ability to look up parts in parts cataloging systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong background in mechanics & ASE certification is a plus

Great Falls, MT

  • Outside Sales Rep

    This position involves a high volume of face-to-face customer contact. This position is between the core hours of 7am and 5pm Monday - Friday. Travel required with some overnights.


    Job Duties

    • Quickly build strong relationships with purchasing decision makers. Develop customer trust and confidence in Direct Automotive and its representatives.
    • Keeps customers informed about industry and economic trends and Direct Automotives ability to assist customers in adapting to change.
    • Meet established Sales Plans.
    • Works with service center and regional sales/product management to develop quotations and contract proposals that are responsive to customer needs and result in profitable sales for Direct Automotive.
    • Understands and keeps up-to-date on the competitive environment and provides market intelligence to sales management to help shape service center sales strategies, price levels and working capital decisions.
    • Increases revenue from assigned customers by increasing product lines or items sold.
    • Involves running meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present the appropriate solutions.

    Job Requirements

    • 3 years related industry sales or customer service experience with demonstrated profitable sales experience; outside sales experience is a plus
    • Advanced knowledge of the related industry with application, technical, or managerial experience preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships
    • Above average written and verbal communication skills; good listener and strong communicator
    • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make key decisions with customers
    • Entrepreneurial, goal driven, action oriented, self-motivated
    • Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and openminded manner
    • Well-organized and represent the company in a professional manner
    • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related discipline is a plus

    This position is responsible for leading and managing the on-going achievements in the following areas:
