Spokane, WA

  • A/R Clerk

    We are currently seeking an A/R Clerk to join our team, who is self driven, disciplined, and willing to contribute to a wide variety of office/warehouse responsibilities.

    Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

    Accounts Receivables

    • Receive and process incoming payments, including monthly auto CC payments.
    • Daily deposits
    • Reconciliation of discrepancies on customer accounts / payments.
    • Prepare and mail monthly statements to customers.
    • Prepare monthly past due reports.
    • Responsible for collections on past due customer accounts
    • Be able to answer customer questions, research and resolve any issues with billing.
    • Making sure customer documents for accounts are current, and complete.
    • Overseeing deposits and payments received to accounts throughout our 6 locations.

    Admin

    • Matching invoices in computer system and by paper invoice to packing slip
    • Following up with claims for product not received
    • Filing of customer receipts
    • Filing/scanning into computer system documents to customer accounts.
    • Reports to and assists Controller
    • Importing / Exporting data from Excel

    Eligible applicants should have ability to operate in a busy work environment, must be a quick learner, and have excellent customer service skills.

    Job Requirements:

    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Conscientious and accurate
    • Able to multi-task, problem solve, and work independently
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Accurate keyboarding skills and strong 10-key skills
    • Must be able to work quickly and efficiently meeting deadlines, even with multiple interruptions.
    • At least two years office A/R experience is ideal.
    • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and SSN

    The position is full time and offers benefits, including paid holidays. Starting wages are DOE.

Billings, MT

  • Battery Route Sales Representative

    This position is responsible for developing strong relationships and building sales by positively interacting with current clients and introducing our Battery Service Program to prospective customers in order to gain new business.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Conduct sales calls and provide information on all batteries that we carry such as AC Delco, Motorcraft, and others.
    • Conduct client training, manage the clients battery inventory and fill orders.
    • Administer battery warranty and reimbursement programs.
    • Conduct battery testing.
    • Conduct cold calling to build territory.

    Additional Requirements:

    We are looking for an assertive, driven, skilled sales representative with previous sales experience to service current customers while developing new business within their assigned territory.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • The ability to repeatedly lift 65 pounds or more.
    • 1-2 years previous sales and customer service experience.

    Pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle record and criminal background check may be administered as a condition of employment.

  • Delivery Driver

    The Delivery Driver is responsible for pulling customer orders and delivering them in-town and to the local area.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Driving courteously and safely using defensive driving skills
    • Professional communication with customers at their site
    • Ability to write up customers returns accurately
    • Demonstrate the ability to be safe on the road and when in the warehouse
    • Ability to drive in various road conditions safely
    • Must be able to handle hazardous materials
    • Participate in yearly physical inventories
    • Any other tasks requested by management

    Job Requirements:

    • Must be 21 or older
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Clean driving record
    • Valid Class C or D license; Class A or B is a plus
    • Strong people and verbal skills
    • Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers
    • Ability to lift 75 pounds routinely
    • Ability to read a map or understanding of geographic area

Idaho Falls, ID

  • Outside Sales Rep

    This position involves a high volume of face-to-face customer contact. This position is between the core hours of 7am and 5pm Monday - Friday. Travel required with some overnights.


    Job Duties

    • Quickly build strong relationships with purchasing decision makers. Develop customer trust and confidence in Direct Automotive and its representatives.
    • Keeps customers informed about industry and economic trends and Direct Automotives ability to assist customers in adapting to change.
    • Meet established Sales Plans.
    • Works with service center and regional sales/product management to develop quotations and contract proposals that are responsive to customer needs and result in profitable sales for Direct Automotive.
    • Understands and keeps up-to-date on the competitive environment and provides market intelligence to sales management to help shape service center sales strategies, price levels and working capital decisions.
    • Increases revenue from assigned customers by increasing product lines or items sold.
    • Involves running meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present the appropriate solutions.

    Job Requirements

    • 3 years related industry sales or customer service experience with demonstrated profitable sales experience; outside sales experience is a plus
    • Advanced knowledge of the related industry with application, technical, or managerial experience preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships
    • Above average written and verbal communication skills; good listener and strong communicator
    • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make key decisions with customers
    • Entrepreneurial, goal driven, action oriented, self-motivated
    • Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and openminded manner
    • Well-organized and represent the company in a professional manner
    • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related discipline is a plus
    • Computer skills w/ emphasis on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) preferred
